Over the weekend my 2nd oldest daughter suggested that I make her favorite Banana Pudding dessert and put it on my blog. Thanks G, what an excellent idea!
Ingredients:
Combine the 1 Cup of Sugar and 1/2 cup of Corn Starch in pan. Turn heat on Medium.

Add the can of Evaporated Milk, and 1 1/2 can of water (='s 18 oz.).

Add 2 Tablespoons of Vanilla and a dash of salt.

Stirring constantly bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat add the 4 tablespoons of Butter.
Pour mixture into another bowl, cover with plastic wrap (touching the mixture to prevent a film from forming). Chill in refridgerator for 2 hours.
Mix the whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Beat on High until stiff peaks form. Refridgerate until ready to assemble the pudding.
Assemble by placing a layer of Vanilla wafers, 1 sliced banana, and 1/3 of the pudding. Then start another layer with the three ingredients. Repeat! This does have alot of Banana's, but that's why its called Banana Pudding for dang sakes! Top with the Whipped Cream, and decorate with vanilla wafers.
